We are pleased to present this very special hand-carved Legacy Series bow — including our custom Legacy leather hard case and hand-tooled leather arm guard.
This bow is titled "Winner Takes All". The design concept captures a dramatic life-or-death encounter of a magnificent Wild Boar deep in the forest, embroiled in mortal combat. The ultra-realism of the hand-carved scene draws the viewer in, evoking emotion along the way. The execution of carving truly animates the encircling movement and aggression on the 'tusk and tooth' edge of life. The mother-of-pearl inlaid oak leaves are hand carved in a 3-dimensional presentation and flow elegantly in course with the silver wire vine/scroll inlay. This inlay composition (incorporating silver and mother-of-pearl inlay) graces the upper and lower riser footing in four locations. A remarkable hand carved oak leaf design wraps the bow grip and a complimentary oak/acorn silver wire inlay adorns the limb wedges with delicate precision.
Despite the artistry and extensive level of carving and inlay execution adorning the surface, make no mistake - (as with all Blacktail bows) - this Legacy series bow is a fully functional, fine shooting instrument.
Our Master engraver has also prepared a very special set of hand-engraved limb-bolts and bezels plated in fine silver in celebration of our 25th anniversary. Undoubtedly, this world-class, heirloom Blacktail bow will be a cherished addition to any fine bow collection.

This leather-wrapped hard case incorporates classic design elements and robust craftsmanship to offer the ultimate protection for your investment-grade Legacy Series bow. The heavyweight wood frame/substructure is wrapped in rich Espresso leather and secured with dual (solid brass) combination locks. Removable saddle strap belts (with solid brass buckles) enhance the classic styling. Each corner is buttressed with extra thick leather overlays, heavily stitched for a lifetime of durability. The interior is well-padded and lined with forest green felt. The interior layout is well thought out for presentation and practicality.
